Nothing earthshattering here. David Teel leads the interview and asks about what David thinks are the priorities. Jim Phillips wants to work with current inventory before looking at expansion. He is pro NIL, and he wants to federalize it rather than have 50 different state solutions. He thinks that the ACC Network will get on Comcast. He is for transferring without penalty between ACC teams.
